We offer a hassle-free exchange policy. In case of an exchange, please call us regarding the issue you have faced with the order you have received and a team member will be in touch to resolve the issue. You will be required to fill the exchange form (EXCHANGE FORM). To process the exchange, please notify the company within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange policy does not apply to used items, sale or discounted. Please note, Idara Publications does not entertain any returns or refunds. We do however, provide store credit if necessary.
